Warwára Her has held senior positions in a variety of international businesses and with numerous client companies. She brings a rare blend of multicultural understanding and considerable business knowledge gained in structured corporate environments, entrepreneurial companies, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations. Warwára is multi-lingual, well-travelled and has lived and worked in a number of European and Asian locations.
She combines a strategic approach with practical, workable solutions. Her experience has been gained primarily as a senior partner and partner with Korn/Ferry International, with niche boutique Management Consultancy Collins-Tait International and earlier in her career with Carré Orban & Partners, a European based international management consulting firm. She has demonstrated her ability to deliver increased revenues and profitability through excellent origination and management of large accounts, and her professionalism and integrity is shown through her commitment to all her clients regardless of their size and perceived value. Warwára travels extensively to meet her professional commitments and has expertise across a range of industry sectors.
